Havre Lafitte Property Owner's Association (HLPOA) was established in January of 1964.

Annual Dues/Fees are due by the 1st of January, every calendar year. Penalties & Liens may be, and have been, assessed after this date.

Members not paid up are not eligible to vote for officers in the annual meeting.  Please bring your account up to date.
